1. Introduction

Important Safety Instructions

  • Do not use this blanket with an infant, child, incapacitated person, or anyone insensitive to heat.
  • Do not use this blanket on an adjustable bed unless specifically designed for it.
  • Never use the blanket if it is wet.
  • Avoid pinching or bunching the blanket; ensure it lies flat during use to prevent overheating.

3. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the heated blanket from its packaging.
  2. Inspect: Check the blanket and power cord for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
  3. Position: Lay the blanket flat on a bed, sofa, or other desired surface. Ensure there are no folds, creases, or bunched areas.
  4. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

The GOTCOZY Heated Blanket features a user-friendly built-in controller for easy adjustments.

  1. Power On/Off:
    • To turn on, press the 'HEAT' button. The display will illuminate, showing the current heat level.
    • To turn off, press and hold the 'HEAT' button for a few seconds until the display turns off.
  2. Adjusting Heat Level:
    • With the blanket powered on, press the 'HEAT' button repeatedly to cycle through the 10 heating levels (1-10).
    • Select your desired warmth level. The current setting will be displayed.
  3. Setting the Timer:
    • Press the 'TIMER' button to activate the auto shut-off function.
    • Press the 'TIMER' button repeatedly to cycle through the 9 time settings (1-9 hours).
    • The blanket will automatically turn off after the selected time duration.

5. Maintenance

Proper care ensures the longevity and performance of your heated blanket.

Cleaning Instructions:

  1. Disconnect Power: Always unplug the blanket from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
  2. Detach Cord: The built-in controller has a detachable cord. Carefully remove the cord from the blanket.
  3. Machine Wash: Machine wash the blanket in cold water on a gentle cycle.
  4. Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Ensure the blanket is completely dry before reconnecting the cord and using.
  5. Do Not Iron: Do not iron the heated blanket.
  6. Do Not Bleach: Do not use bleach or cleaning fluids.

Storage:

When not in use, store the blanket in a cool, dry place. Avoid folding it tightly or placing heavy objects on it, which could damage the internal heating elements.

6. Troubleshooting
