Setup and Installation
1. Battery Installation
The water timer requires 4 brand new AA alkaline batteries (not included). Ensure the battery compartment is dry before inserting batteries. Rechargeable batteries and low battery voltage may cause unstable operation.

2. Physical Installation
- Connect the water timer to your outdoor faucet. The timer features a brass hose faucet connection for durability.
- Attach the stainless steel support rod (if included) to the timer and fix it to a wall or sturdy surface for added security and stability.

2. Timed Irrigation Mode
Program automated watering schedules for each of the four independent outlets. Each valve can be programmed with up to 6 different watering schedules, totaling 24 individual programs. You can set watering frequency options:

3. Mist Irrigation Mode
This mode allows two outputs to turn on and off intermittently. Set a start time, misting duration (1 to 60 minutes), and frequency (1 to 60 minutes interval) for each day of the week. This mode is suitable for misting systems, outdoor cooling, and dust reduction.
4. Rain Delay Function
To conserve water, the Rain Delay function allows you to pause your watering schedule for 24, 48, or 72 hours. The app will display the remaining watering time.

5. Manual Watering
For immediate watering needs, switch to Manual Mode either through the valve unit's button or via the app. The default manual watering duration is 10 minutes, adjustable from 1 minute to 23 hours and 59 minutes.

Maintenance
- Filter Cleaning: The internal filter can trap dirt particles. Please clean the filter regularly to prevent blockages and ensure optimal water flow.
- Battery Replacement: When replacing batteries, ensure the water timer is completely dry. Use 4 new AA alkaline batteries.
- Winter Storage: Do not use your timer when the air temperature is below 3°C (37°F). The timers should be removed from the hose faucet and stored indoors to avoid potential frozen damage.
Troubleshooting
- Connection Issues:
- Ensure your WiFi gateway (hub) is connected to a 2.4 GHz WiFi frequency.
- Verify the range of connection and control is within 60m (196ft) in an open area.
- Avoid placing the water valve in an underground water valve box or in locations where the signal may be blocked.
- Low Water Pressure: Adequate water pressure is required when all 4 zone ports are operating simultaneously. If pressure is insufficient, rotate the 4 zone ports to avoid reduced water flow through each port.
- Pairing Failure: When adding the water timer, ensure the water valve is closed. Otherwise, it may cause pairing failure (water timer lights will not flash).
- Automatic Shut-off: The valve will shut down automatically when the battery voltage is lower than 4.3V. Replace batteries promptly.
