Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Solution |
|---|---|
| Keyboard not responding in wireless mode. | Ensure the keyboard is charged. Verify the 2.4G/BT switch on the back is in the correct position. For 2.4G, ensure the receiver is properly plugged in. For Bluetooth, re-pair the device. Try wired mode to confirm keyboard functionality. |
| RGB lighting not working or stuck. | Check battery level. Use FN key combinations to cycle through lighting effects and adjust brightness. If using the driver software, ensure it is running and settings are applied. |
| Keys not registering or double-typing. | This may indicate a faulty switch. Use the keycap/switch puller to remove the affected switch and replace it with one of the spare switches provided. Ensure the new switch is seated correctly. |
| Connectivity issues with specific devices. | Ensure the Win/Mac switch on the back of the keyboard matches your device's operating system. Update device drivers if necessary. Try connecting to a different device to isolate the issue. |
| Driver software not installing or functioning. | Ensure you have downloaded the correct driver version from the official ATTACK SHARK website. Temporarily disable antivirus software during installation if necessary. Run the installer as an administrator. |
