Introduction

The ShiftCam SnapGrip Pro is a versatile mobile accessory designed to enhance your smartphone photography and videography experience. It combines an ergonomic camera grip, a wireless shutter button, and a powerful Qi2 wireless charging power bank, all in a compact and portable design. The magnetic mount ensures quick and secure attachment to MagSafe-compatible devices and can be used with other phones via a MagSafe sticker or case (sold separately).

Setup

1. Initial Charging of SnapGrip Pro

Before first use, fully charge your SnapGrip Pro. It features a USB-C PD input for rapid charging. Connect a USB-C charger (not included) to the USB-C port on the SnapGrip Pro.

• The SnapGrip Pro has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
• A USB-C PD 20W input is recommended for optimal charging speed.

2. Attaching to Your Smartphone

The SnapGrip Pro utilizes a seamless magnetic mount for quick attachment.

• MagSafe Compatible Devices: Simply align the SnapGrip Pro with the MagSafe area on the back of your iPhone 12 series or above. The magnets will securely snap it into place. If using a case, ensure it is MagSafe-enabled.
• Other Smartphones: For Samsung, Motorola, Pixel, LG, OnePlus, Huawei, Xiaomi, and other non-MagSafe phones, you will need a MagSafe sticker or a MagSafe-compatible case (purchased separately) to enable magnetic attachment.

3. Bluetooth Pairing for Shutter Control

To use the wireless shutter button, you must pair the SnapGrip Pro with your smartphone via Bluetooth.

1. Ensure the SnapGrip Pro is charged.
2. Press and hold the small button on the SnapGrip Pro (usually near the shutter button) to enter pairing mode. An indicator light may flash.
3. On your smartphone, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
4. Look for "SnapGrip Pro" or a similar device name in the list of available devices and select it to pair.
5. Once paired, the indicator light on the SnapGrip Pro will typically become solid, and your phone will confirm the connection.

Operating Instructions

Once paired via Bluetooth, the large button on the SnapGrip Pro functions as a camera shutter button.

• Open your smartphone's camera application.
• Press the large button on the SnapGrip Pro to capture photos or start/stop video recording, just like a traditional camera.

2. Charging Your Smartphone

The SnapGrip Pro features Qi2 wireless charging to power your smartphone.

• Ensure your smartphone is magnetically attached to the SnapGrip Pro.
• Press the small power button on the SnapGrip Pro to initiate wireless charging. An indicator light will typically illuminate to confirm charging is active.
