3. System Overview
3.1 NVR (Network Video Recorder)

4. Installation Guide
4.1 NVR Setup
- Connect Monitor: Connect the NVR to a monitor using the HDMI or VGA cable.
- Connect Mouse: Plug the USB mouse into a USB port on the NVR.
- Connect Network: Connect the NVR to your router using the provided Ethernet cable for internet access and remote viewing.
- Power On: Connect the power adapter to the NVR and plug it into a power outlet. The NVR will start automatically.
4.2 Camera Installation
The ANNKE system utilizes Power over Ethernet (PoE) for simplified installation, requiring only a single Ethernet cable for both power and video transmission.
- Mounting Location: Choose suitable locations for your cameras, ensuring they cover desired areas and are within reach of the Ethernet cables. The cameras are IP67 weatherproof for outdoor use.
- Secure Mounting: Use the provided screw kits to securely mount each camera. Adjust the camera angle for optimal viewing.
- Connect PoE Cable: Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the camera's PoE port and the other end to an available PoE port on the NVR. The camera will power on and connect automatically.

5. Basic Operation
5.1 Initial Setup Wizard
Upon first power-up, the NVR will guide you through an initial setup wizard. Follow the on-screen prompts to set up language, date/time, network settings, and create a secure password for your system.
5.2 Live View
After setup, the NVR will display the live view from all connected cameras. You can switch between single-camera view, multi-camera grids, and customize display settings using the USB mouse.
5.3 Recording and Playback
- Continuous Recording: The system is configured for 24/7 continuous recording by default on the 4TB HDD.
- Motion-Triggered Recording: Configure motion detection zones and sensitivity in the NVR settings to record only when activity is detected.

Download the ANNKE Vision App on your smartphone or tablet to access your security system remotely. The app allows you to view live feeds, play back recordings, receive push notifications for events, and configure system settings from anywhere with an internet connection.

6.5 Alexa Integration
The ANNKE system is compatible with Amazon Alexa. Link your ANNKE account to Alexa to view live camera feeds on compatible Alexa-enabled devices (e.g., Echo Show) using voice commands.

7. Maintenance
7.1 Hard Drive Management
The NVR comes with a 4TB HDD. When the hard drive is full, the system will automatically overwrite the oldest recordings. You can configure recording schedules and storage settings in the NVR menu. The NVR supports up to 16TB HDD capacity for extended recording.
7.2 Firmware Updates
Periodically check the ANNKE website or your NVR's system settings for available firmware updates. Keeping your system updated ensures optimal performance, security, and access to new features.
7.3 Camera Cleaning
