2. Setup and Charging the Power Bank
Your power bank can be recharged in two convenient ways:
- Using the Built-in AC Wall Plug: Directly plug the built-in AC wall plug into any standard AC wall outlet. The power bank will be fully charged in approximately 11 hours.
- Using a USB-C Power Adapter: Connect a USB-C charging cable (not included) to the USB-C input port on the power bank and plug the other end into a 9V/2A power adapter. The power bank will be fully charged in approximately 6 hours.
The intelligent LED display will show the remaining charge level, allowing you to monitor its charging progress.

3. Operating Instructions
Charging Your Devices
The power bank is equipped with multiple output options to charge various devices:
- Built-in Cables: Utilize the integrated Type-C or iOS (Lightning) cables to directly charge your compatible devices.
- USB-A Output Port: Connect your device's charging cable to the USB-A output port for standard USB charging.
- USB-C Output Port: Use the USB-C port for fast charging compatible devices, supporting up to 20W output.
The power bank can charge up to 5 devices simultaneously, making it ideal for travel and busy days. The 20000mAh capacity provides multiple full charges for most smartphones.

LED Display
The intelligent LED display provides real-time information on the power bank's battery level, ensuring you always know how much charge is available.
4. Maintenance
- Keep away from liquids, fire, and extreme heat.
- When not in use for extended periods, discharge the power bank at least once every three months to maintain battery health.
- Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.
- Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth.

5. Troubleshooting

- Device not charging: Ensure the power bank is charged. Check that the cables are securely connected to both the power bank and your device. Try a different cable or port.
- Slow charging: Verify that your device supports fast charging and that you are using a compatible cable and port (e.g., USB-C PD20W).
- Power bank not recharging: Ensure the AC wall plug is fully extended and properly inserted into a live outlet, or that the USB-C input cable is correctly connected to a functional power adapter.
