Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the SC4 PRO using the provided USB cable. Connect the USB cable to the device and a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator will show the charging status.

Placement for Accurate Readings

For optimal performance, position the SC4 PRO on a flat surface approximately 5 feet (1.5 meters) behind the ball, directly in line with your target. Ensure there are no obstructions between the device, the ball, and the target area.

Connecting to the VOICECADDIE S App

Download the VOICECADDIE S app from your device's app store. Turn on the SC4 PRO. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your device via Bluetooth. This connection unlocks advanced features, statistical analysis, and the 3D Driving Range.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button located on the side of the device to turn it on or off.

Using the Remote Control

The remote control allows for effortless switching between clubs and adjusting modes during your practice sessions, ensuring uninterrupted use.

3D Driving Range & E6 Connect Simulator

The SC4 PRO includes access to a 3D Driving Range and E6 Connect home golf simulator, providing immersive virtual experiences without additional fees. This allows you to practice on virtual courses and driving ranges.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the unit. Ensure the device is dry before storing or charging.

Storage

Store the SC4 PRO in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. When storing for extended periods, ensure the battery is partially charged (around 50%) to prolong its lifespan.

Troubleshooting

Inaccurate Readings

  • Ensure the device is placed correctly: 5 feet behind the ball, in line with the target.
  • Check for any obstructions between the device and the ball.
  • Verify that the club selection on the device or app matches the club being used.
  • Ensure the device's firmware is up to date via the VOICECADDIE S app.

Device Not Powering On

  • Confirm the device is fully charged.
  • Try a different USB charging cable and power adapter.

App Connectivity Issues

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
  • Restart both the SC4 PRO and your mobile device.
  • Re-pair the device through the VOICECADDIE S app settings.
