Setup
Placement
Place the dishwasher on a stable, flat, and heat-resistant surface near a power outlet and a drainage point.
Water Supply Options
The HAVA Countertop Dishwasher offers two methods for water supply:
- Built-in 5 L Water Tank: For hassle-free installation without plumbing. Simply open the water inlet on top of the unit and pour water using the provided pitcher until the tank is full.
- Faucet Connection: Connect the provided inlet hose to a compatible faucet for continuous water supply.

Drainage
Connect the drain hose to the designated outlet on the dishwasher. Position the other end of the drain hose into a sink or a bucket for wastewater collection. Ensure the hose is not kinked or blocked.
Operating Instructions
Loading Dishes
Arrange dishes in the redesigned dish rack, ensuring they do not obstruct the spray arms. Place cutlery in the cutlery basket. For optimal cleaning, scrape off large food particles before loading.
Adding Detergent
Open the detergent dispenser and add the recommended amount of dishwasher detergent. Close the dispenser securely.
Selecting a Wash Program
The dishwasher features 8 wash programs to suit various cleaning needs. Use the touch screen interface to select your desired program:
- Normal: For daily dishware with typical food soil.
- Quick: For lightly soiled dishes that need a fast wash.
- ECO: Energy and water-efficient cycle for normal loads.
- Strong: For heavily soiled pots, pans, and dishes.
- Glass: Gentle cycle for delicate glassware.
- Fruit: Specialized program for washing fruits.
- Self-Clean: For cleaning the dishwasher's interior.
- Dry: Drying function for dishes.
Additional Functions
- Child Lock: Engages to prevent accidental operation by children.
- Delayed Start: Allows you to set a delayed start time for up to 18 hours.
Starting a Cycle
After loading dishes, adding detergent, and selecting a program, press the Start button to begin the wash cycle.
Maintenance
Cleaning the Filter
Regularly clean the filter to ensure optimal performance. Remove the filter assembly, rinse it under running water to remove food particles, and reassemble.
Water Softener Maintenance
Periodically check and refill the water softener salt compartment as needed, especially if you notice water spots on your dishes. Refer to the water softener section for instructions on adding salt.
Exterior Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the dishwasher with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
