2. Safety Information

  • Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection, hearing protection, and sturdy footwear.
  • Never point the spray gun at people, pets, or electrical outlets. The high-pressure spray can cause severe injury.
  • Ensure the pressure washer is on a stable, level surface during operation to prevent tipping.
  • Do not operate the pressure washer indoors or in poorly ventilated areas due to carbon monoxide fumes.
  • Before performing any maintenance or cleaning, always turn off the engine, disconnect the spark plug wire, and release any residual pressure in the system.

  • This pressure washer uses gasoline. Handle fuel with extreme care. Store gasoline in an approved container in a well-ventilated area away from ignition sources.

4. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps for initial setup before first use:

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the handle to the main unit using the provided hardware. Ensure it is securely fastened.
  3. Add Engine Oil: The pressure washer is shipped without engine oil. Using the provided oil funnel, add 10W-30 engine oil to the crankcase. Do not overfill. Refer to the engine manual for exact capacity.
  4. Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline. Do not use E85 or other high-ethanol fuels.
  5. Connect High-Pressure Hose: Connect one end of the 35FT high-pressure hose to the pump outlet on the pressure washer and the other end to the swivel spray gun. Ensure connections are tight.
  6. Connect Water Supply: Connect a standard garden hose (not included) to the water inlet on the pump. Ensure the garden hose is free of kinks and has a steady water supply.
  7. Install Nozzle: Select the desired nozzle tip and insert it into the quick-connect fitting on the extension wand. Pull back the collar on the quick-connect fitting, insert the nozzle, and release the collar to lock it in place.

5. Operating Instructions

Before starting, ensure all connections are secure and the water supply is turned on. Never run the pump dry.

5.1 Starting the Engine

  1. Open the fuel valve.
  2. Move the choke lever to the "CHOKE" position (cold engine start).
  3. Set the engine switch to "ON".
  4. Pull the recoil starter handle firmly until the engine starts.
  5. Once the engine starts, gradually move the choke lever to the "RUN" position.

5.2 Using Nozzle Tips

The 5 pro-grade nozzle tips allow for versatile cleaning applications:

  • 0° (Red): Pin-point jet for toughest stains and concentrated cleaning. Use with extreme caution.
  • 15° (Yellow): High-pressure blast for heavy-duty cleaning of hard surfaces.
  • 25° (Green): Medium-pressure wash for general cleaning tasks.
  • 40° (White): Wide spray for delicate surfaces, rinsing, and light cleaning.
  • Soap Nozzle (Black): Low-pressure spray for applying detergent from the onboard soap tank.

5.3 Applying Detergent

  1. Fill the onboard soap tank with pressure washer safe detergent.
  2. Attach the black soap nozzle to the spray gun.
  3. The pressure washer will automatically draw detergent when the soap nozzle is in use.
  4. After applying detergent, switch to a high-pressure nozzle (e.g., 25° or 15°) to rinse the surface thoroughly.

6. Maintenance

  • Turn off the engine and water supply.
