Setup and Assembly

Spiral Selection
- Ø 16mm Spirals (16.5m total): Suitable for pipes with diameters from 32mm to 100mm. These are segmented and can be extended as needed. The 2.5m x Ø 16mm spiral is specifically designed for navigating bends.
- Ø 10mm Spiral (5m): Suitable for pipes with diameters from 20mm to 75mm, especially for smaller, complex pipelines or backflow shafts. This spiral requires a flexible wave combination adapter.

Installing the Ø10mm Spiral
- Take out the cylinder spring and insert it into the machine.
- Guide the expansion cylinder through the machine and insert the retaining pin into the retaining hole.
- Turn on the switch. Simply press the handle with one hand and push the spring into the pipe with the other hand.

Installing the Ø16mm Spiral
- Remove the spring from the frame and guide the male end through the inside of the pipe. The male spring head must pass before the cutter head can be attached.
- Close the coupling. Press the handle down with your hand to rotate and move the spring forward. Once it stops moving, open the coupling and then pull the connector of two springs through the coupling, and then close the coupling again.
- Rotate the spring, push it into the pipe interior so that the handle is free. Pull the spring out of the machine and then press the handle down until the pipe is no longer clogged.

Forward and Reverse Switch
The machine is equipped with a toggle switch to control the direction of the spiral. This allows you to easily switch between forward and reverse rotation.
- The 16mm spiral can be moved both forward and backward by the machine.
- The 10mm spiral can only be rotated by the machine; its forward and backward movement must be done manually.

Manual Operation of Spiral Joint
The joint of the spirals cannot be automatically driven by the machine. It must be operated manually. Incorrect operation can lead to damage to the spirals.

Using Different Cutting Heads

- Toothed Spiral Cutter: For cleaning drains clogged with wood parts, leaves, or similar debris.
- U-shaped Cutter & Grease Cutter: Suitable for cleaning drains clogged with grease on the inner wall.

Maintenance
