Universal Compatibility
The RayBit 5-in-1 Webcam is compatible with all major video conferencing and live streaming platforms.
- Supported Platforms: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Twitch, Google Meet, Skype, and more.
- Seamless Experience: Simply select the webcam as your audio and video device within the application settings.
Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your webcam.
- Cleaning the Lens and Body:
Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the camera lens and the body of the webcam. For stubborn smudges on the lens, a specialized lens cleaning solution can be applied to the cloth (not directly to the lens). Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage:
When not in use for extended periods, store the webcam in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the privacy cover is engaged to protect the lens from dust and scratches.
- Cable Care:
Avoid bending or crimping the USB cable excessively. Disconnect by pulling the plug, not the cable itself, to prevent damage to the connectors.
