Setup

1. Connectivity Modes

The MKey PRO supports three connectivity modes: Wireless 2.4GHz, Bluetooth 5.2, and USB-C wired. A switch located on the back of the keyboard allows selection between these modes.

• USB-C Wired Mode: Connect the braided USB-C cable to the keyboard and your computer. The keyboard will automatically switch to wired mode and begin charging.
• Wireless 2.4GHz Mode: Insert the 2.4GHz USB dongle into an available USB port on your computer. Switch the keyboard to 2.4G mode. The keyboard should connect automatically.
• Bluetooth 5.2 Mode: Switch the keyboard to BT mode. On your device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "MONTECH MKey PRO" to pair.

2. Dongle Storage

The 2.4GHz wireless dongle can be conveniently stored within the keyboard itself, secured by a magnetic cover. This prevents loss when not in use or during transport.

3. Ergonomic Tilt Adjustment

Maintenance

• Keyboard not responding:
  • Ensure the correct connectivity mode (2.4G, BT, USB) is selected via the switch on the back.
  • Check USB-C cable connection for wired mode.
  • For 2.4GHz, ensure the dongle is properly inserted and the keyboard is in range.
  • For Bluetooth, ensure the keyboard is paired and within range. Try re-pairing if necessary.
  • Check battery level and charge if low.
• Keys not registering or double-typing:
