Setup

Initial Setup and Time/Date Adjustment:

1. In normal time display mode, press and hold the SET button until the seconds begin to flash. This indicates you are in setting mode.
2. Press the MODE button to cycle through the settings: Seconds → Hour → Minute → Month → Date → Day of Week.
3. While a value is flashing, press the ADJ button to increase the value. Hold ADJ to rapidly advance.
4. To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour format, adjust the hour setting. The 'PM' indicator will appear for 12-hour format.
5. Once all settings are adjusted, press the SET button again to exit the setting mode and save your changes.

Operating Instructions

Mode Navigation:

From the normal time display, press the MODE button to cycle through the following functions:

• Time Display (default)
• Stopwatch
• Alarm Setting

Using the Stopwatch:

1. Press the MODE button until "ST" or "STOPWATCH" appears on the display.
2. Press the ADJ button to start the stopwatch.
3. Press the ADJ button again to pause the stopwatch.
4. To reset the stopwatch to zero, press the SET button while the stopwatch is paused.
5. To record lap/split times, press the SET button while the stopwatch is running. The display will show the lap time while the stopwatch continues to run in the background. Press SET again to return to the running stopwatch display.

Setting and Using the Alarm:

1. Press the MODE button until "AL" or "ALARM" appears on the display.
2. Press the SET button. The hour digits will begin to flash.
3. Use the ADJ button to set the desired alarm hour.
4. Press the MODE button to move to the minute digits.
5. Use the ADJ button to set the desired alarm minute.
6. Press the SET button to confirm the alarm time and exit setting mode.
7. To activate/deactivate the alarm, in alarm mode, press the ADJ button. An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.
8. When the alarm sounds, press any button to stop it.

Using the Backlight:

Press the LIGHT button (bottom right) to illuminate the display for a few seconds. This feature is useful in dark environments.

Water Resistance Guidelines

Important Note:

• This watch is not suitable for diving.
