Setup and Installation
The LOXTON door block requires assembly. Follow these steps carefully for proper installation. This door is reversible, allowing you to choose the opening direction (left or right push) during installation.
1. Prepare the Opening
Ensure your door opening dimensions are compatible with the door frame. The frame dimensions are H207.5 cm x L78.4 cm x D7.4 cm. The door panel itself is H204 cm x L73 cm x D3.5 cm.

2. Assemble the Door Frame
Assemble the door frame components according to the included diagram. Use the provided visserie (screws) to secure the frame pieces together. Ensure the frame is square and level before proceeding.
3. Install the Door Frame
Position the assembled door frame within the prepared opening. Use shims to ensure the frame is plumb and level. Secure the frame to the wall using appropriate fasteners (not always included, depending on wall material) through the pre-drilled holes in the frame. The installation type is "en tunnel" (or "en tableau").
4. Attach Hinges and Door Panel
The door is reversible. Decide whether you need a left-hand or right-hand push opening. Attach the hinges to the door panel and then to the door frame. Ensure the hinges are securely fastened and aligned for smooth operation.

5. Install the Handle Set
Install the provided handle set onto the door panel. Follow the specific instructions included with the handle hardware for proper assembly and function. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.

6. Final Adjustments
Test the door's operation. It should open and close smoothly without rubbing against the frame. Adjust hinges or frame shims as necessary to achieve optimal alignment and a 90-degree maximum opening angle.
Operating Instructions
The LOXTON door block operates manually. To open, simply push or pull the handle. To close, gently push the door until it latches. Avoid slamming the door to prevent damage to the glass and frame.
