5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and hygiene of your water flosser.

- UV Sterilization: Place used jet tips into the unique UV storage chamber. Press the UV control switch to activate the sterilization lamps, ensuring a clean and sanitary storage space for your nozzles.
- Clean the Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not submerge the main unit in water.
- Replace Jet Tips: For optimal performance and hygiene, replace jet tips every 2-3 weeks, or sooner if they show signs of wear.
- Descaling (Optional): If you notice mineral buildup, you can descale the unit by filling the tank with a mixture of warm water and white vinegar (1:1 ratio). Run the solution through the unit until half the tank is empty, then pause for 20 minutes. Finish running the solution, then rinse by running a full tank of clean water through the unit.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your water flosser, refer to the following common solutions:
- No Water Flow: Ensure the water tank is properly seated and filled. Check that the jet tip is securely attached. Verify the device is turned on and the pressure dial is not set to 'OFF'.
- Weak Water Pressure: Check the pressure adjustment dial and increase the setting. Ensure the water tank is sufficiently full. Clean the jet tip for any blockages.
- Device Not Turning On: Ensure the device is charged. If it's battery-powered, connect it to the charger.
- Leaking: Ensure all connections, especially the water tank and jet tip, are secure. The device has an IPX7 waterproof rating, but improper assembly can cause leaks.
