7. Operating Instructions
Turning On/Off:
- Press the ON/OFF button to power on the cooktop. The display will light up.
- To turn off, press the ON/OFF button again. The unit's fan may continue to run for a short period to cool down internal components.
Selecting a Burner:
- After powering on, select the desired heating zone by pressing its corresponding selection control.
Adjusting Power/Temperature:
- Use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) buttons to adjust the power (W) or temperature (°F) levels.
- The cooktop offers 20 power levels (90W to 1800W) and 20 temperature levels (120°F to 465°F).
- When both burners are in use, the total 1800W power is automatically distributed between them.
