Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to set up your Smart Pet Water Fountain:

1. Install the clean water tank by gently pressing to ensure it fits snugly with the main unit. Then, cover it with the clean water tank lid.
2. Install the wastewater tank and cover it with the wastewater tank lid.
3. Lift the switch to unlock the water bowl.
4. Install the water dispenser (water bowl).

Before initial use, ensure the button near the charging port is switched to the "ON" setting. This is crucial for charging and proper device operation.

Operating Instructions

The Smart Pet Water Fountain features a touch electronic screen for easy control. You can adjust the water volume and time interval according to your pet's preferences.

Important Note: The maximum water that will be dispensed within 3 hours is 120ml. Choose settings appropriate for your pet's water demand. This fountain is usually suitable for families with no more than 3 adult cats.

The device is designed for energy efficiency; lights on the screen will go out after 10 seconds but the device will continue to operate normally.

Maintenance

• The water bowl can be easily disassembled for cleaning in seconds.
• The fountain regularly tips wastewater from the bowl, removing fur and impurities.
• Refill the main water tank as needed. With a 3L capacity, frequent refilling is not required.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Smart Pet Water Fountain, refer to the following common problems and their solutions:

• Malfunction 1: The water is not filling automatically.

  Solution: Switch the button near the charging port to the "ON" setting. Then, long touch to unlock and reset the time interval and volume settings.
• Malfunction 2: The battery cannot work normally (or does not work after charging).

  Solution: If your device doesn't start on, please charge it. Before charging, make sure the button is in the "ON" setting. Otherwise, charging will fail. (Flashing blue light: Charging; Flashing green light: Fully charged).

• Malfunction 3: The water dispenser continually empties and refills over and over.

  Solution: Wipe the water beads on the screen. Ensure the water dispenser is working normally. (Keep the screen free of any water).

• Malfunction 4: The sewage tank is not full or empty, but its light is flashing red and keeps beeping.

  Solution: Place the sewage tank lid properly on the sewage tank and ensure it is tightly covered. If not, the light will flash red continuously because there is an induction part (A) on the lid that needs to be properly aligned.
