3. Setup and Connectivity

3.1 Charging the Headset

Before first use, fully charge the headset. Connect the USB charging cable to the headset's charging port and to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The LED indicator on the headset will show charging status and turn off when fully charged. A full charge provides up to 30 hours of use without RGB lights or 25 hours with RGB lights enabled.

Note: The headset cannot be used while charging.

3.2 Wireless Connection (2.4GHz USB/Type-C Dongle)

The headset supports 2.4GHz wireless connectivity via two dedicated dongles: a standard USB-A dongle and a Type-C dongle.

  • USB-A Dongle: Compatible with PC, PS4, PS5, and Laptops.
  • Type-C Dongle: Compatible with Nintendo Switch, Tablets (Pad), and Smartphones.
  1. Insert the appropriate wireless dongle (USB-A or Type-C) into an available port on your device.
  2. Power on the headset by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds.
  3. The headset will automatically pair with the dongle. A stable indicator light on the headset signifies a successful connection.
  4. Adjust audio output settings on your device to select the "Ozeino OW210" headset as the default audio device.

3.3 Bluetooth Connection

The headset is compatible with Bluetooth-enabled devices.

3.4 3.5mm Jack Wired Connection

For devices with a 3.5mm audio jack, use the included 3.5mm audio cable.

  1. Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the headset's 3.5mm input port.
  2. Connect the other end to the 3.5mm audio jack on your device (PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc.).
  3. Important: The headset must be turned off when using wired mode. Wireless features, including RGB lighting and microphone ENC, will not function in wired mode.

Note: Wireless mode is not compatible with Xbox gaming devices.
