Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions
- Faint or Incomplete Prints:
Solution: Ensure the blue carbon paper is facing upwards when loading. The printer relies on the correct orientation for clear thermal transfer. Also, verify that you are using compatible tattoo transfer paper (3.15x5.24 inches). - Printer Not Connecting via Bluetooth:
Solution: Make sure the printer is turned on and fully charged. Restart both the printer and your mobile device. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and try re-pairing through the Phomemo App. - App Not Recognizing Printer:
Solution: Confirm that the Phomemo App is updated to the latest version. Close and reopen the app. Check your device's Bluetooth settings to ensure the printer is listed and connected. - Paper Jam:
Solution: Turn off the printer. Open the top cover and carefully remove any jammed paper. Ensure the paper is loaded correctly and flat before closing the cover and restarting.
