This user manual provides comprehensive instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your nubia Z70 Ultra 5G Android Smartphone. Please read this manual thoroughly before using your device to ensure optimal performance and to prevent damage.
The nubia Z70 Ultra is a high-performance 5G smartphone featuring a Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform, an advanced camera system with a 35mm Adjustable Physical Aperture, and a stunning 144Hz AMOLED display with Under Display Camera (UDC) technology. It is designed for robust daily use with IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance.
2. Package Contents
Upon opening the package, verify that all items listed below are present and in good condition:

3. Initial Setup
3.1. Inserting the SIM Card
The nubia Z70 Ultra supports dual nano SIM cards. Ensure the device is powered off before inserting or removing SIM cards.
- Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the device.
- Insert the SIM tray ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and press firmly until the tray pops out.
- Place your nano SIM card(s) into the tray with the gold contacts facing down, ensuring they are correctly aligned.
- Gently push the tray back into the slot until it is flush with the device.
Important Note: Please confirm your SIM card's frequency bands are included in the supported bands before ordering or using the device to ensure network compatibility. Supported bands include NSA: n41/n77/n78(3.3~3.6GHz)/n38; SA: n41/n77/n78(3.3~3.6GHz)/n1/n3/n5/n8/n28/n2/n7/n40/n66/n38/n25/n20/n26; FDD: B1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/17/18/19/20/25/26/28/66; TDD: B34/39/40/41/38/42; UMTS: B1/2/4/5/6/8/19; GSM: B2/3/5/8.
3.2. Initial Charge and Power On
Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge your device.
- Connect the Type-C data cable to the charging port at the bottom of the phone.
- Connect the other end of the cable to the provided 80W fast charger.
- Plug the charger into a power outlet. The device will indicate charging status.
- Once sufficiently charged, press and hold the power button on the side of the device until the nubia logo appears to power it on.

The nubia Z70 Ultra supports 80W fast charging, allowing for quick replenishment of its 5000 mAh battery (typical capacity).
3.3. Screen Protector and Phone Case Application
For enhanced protection, apply the included screen protector and phone case.
- Screen Protector: Carefully clean the screen with a microfiber cloth to remove dust and smudges. Align the screen protector with the display and gently apply it, smoothing out any air bubbles.
- Phone Case: Snap the provided phone case onto the device, ensuring all edges are securely covered.

4.1. Display and Navigation
The nubia Z70 Ultra features a 6.85-inch 144Hz AMOLED display with an Under Display Camera (UDC) for an uninterrupted viewing experience.

Navigation is primarily touch-based. Swipe gestures and on-screen buttons are used to interact with the Nebula AIOS operating system.

To use the camera, open the Camera application. Select desired modes (Photo, Video, Portrait, Pro, etc.) and adjust settings as needed. The adjustable physical aperture on the main camera allows for greater control over depth of field and light intake.

The nubia Z70 Ultra runs on Nebula AIOS, based on Android 15, offering various AI-powered functions.
