Setup
SIM Card and MicroSD Card Installation
The UMIDIGI Note 100A supports nano-SIM cards and features a dual SIM card slot, allowing for either two SIM cards or one SIM card and one TF (MicroSD) card for expanded storage.
- Locate the SIM tray on the side of the device.
- Insert the SIM tray ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and press firmly until the tray pops out.
- Place your nano-SIM card(s) and/or MicroSD card into the designated slots on the tray, ensuring correct orientation.
- Carefully reinsert the tray into the device until it clicks into place.
Initial Power On
To power on your device for the first time, press and hold the power button located on the side of the phone until the UMIDIGI logo appears on the screen. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the initial setup process.
RAM Expansion
The UMIDIGI Note 100A comes with 8GB (4GB + 4GB virtual) RAM. To activate the full 8GB RAM, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings.
- Navigate to Memory Expansion.
- Select Perform memory expansion size setting.
- Choose 4GB for expansion.
- Restart your device for the changes to take effect.
