6. Maintenance

The Nilight rocker switch is designed for durability and requires minimal maintenance. Periodically inspect the switch and its wiring for any signs of wear, damage, or loose connections. Clean the surface of the switch with a soft, dry cloth if necessary. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the switch or its laser-etched patterns.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Switch Not Lighting Up:
Check the power supply to the switch. Ensure the wiring is correctly connected according to the diagram (Image 4.1). Verify that the vehicle's electrical system is functioning correctly and providing the appropriate voltage (12V or 24V DC).
  • Turn Signals Not Activating:
Confirm that the switch is fully engaged in the ON position (either upper or lower). Inspect the wiring from the switch to the turn signal lights for any breaks or loose connections. Ensure the turn signal bulbs or LEDs are functional.
  • Intermittent Functionality:
This may indicate a loose connection. Re-check all wiring terminals and ensure they are securely fastened. Inspect the switch for any physical damage that might affect its internal mechanism.
