Setup

1. Battery Installation

  1. Open the camera's side latches and swing open the front cover.
  2. Locate the battery compartment at the bottom of the camera.
  3. Insert 8 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated. The camera can operate with only 4 batteries in one side, but 8 are recommended for extended use.
  4. Close the battery compartment securely.

2. SD Card Installation

  1. With the camera open, locate the SD card slot on the side.
  2. Insert the provided 32GB SD card (or your own, up to 128GB) into the slot until it clicks into place.
  3. It is recommended to format the SD card before first use via the camera's menu.

3. Mounting the Camera

The camera can be mounted using the included strap or a standard tripod mount.

Operating Instructions

Power Modes

The camera has three power modes controlled by a switch inside the casing:

Menu Navigation and Settings

In TEST mode, use the control buttons to navigate and adjust settings:

Setting Date and Time: Access this option in the menu to ensure accurate timestamps on your recordings.

Capture Modes

Sensitivity Settings

Adjust the PIR sensor sensitivity (Low, Medium, High) in the menu to prevent false triggers from small movements like swaying branches or to ensure capture of smaller animals.

Viewing and Deleting Footage

In TEST mode, you can review captured photos and videos directly on the LCD screen. You can also delete unwanted files from the SD card through the menu.
