4. Setup
4.1. Coolant Filling (Water Cooling)
Before initial use, or if the coolant level is low, ensure the water tank is filled to the appropriate level. This is crucial for effective cooling during operation.
- Locate the water tank unit on the compressor.
- Unscrew the cap of the water tank.
- Carefully inject coolant (distilled water or recommended coolant) into the tank until it reaches the indicated fill line.
- Securely screw the cap back onto the water tank.

4.2. Power Connection
The compressor supports both 12V DC and 110V AC power sources.
- For 110V AC (Home Power Supply):
- Connect the provided power cord to the power cable port (13) on the compressor.
- Plug the other end of the power cord into a standard 110V AC wall outlet.
- For 12V DC (Automotive Power Supply):
- Connect the vehicle power supply alligator clips (16) to the corresponding terminals on a 12V car battery (red to positive, black to negative).
- Ensure the connection is secure and polarity is correct.

4.3. Connecting to Air Device
Connect the air output hose from the compressor to the device you intend to fill (e.g., PCP air rifle, air tank). Ensure the connection is tight to prevent air leaks.
5. Operating Instructions
- Preparation: Ensure the compressor is set up correctly, coolant is at the proper level, and the air device is securely connected.
- Power On: Flip the Power switch (14) to the "ON" position. The compressor's fan should start operating.
- Set Pressure (if applicable): If your model has a pressure setting, adjust it to the desired PSI/Bar. The auto-stop function will halt compression once this pressure is reached.
- Start Compression: Press the Start button (if separate from power switch, otherwise it starts with power). Monitor the Pressure gauge (3) to observe the pressure increase.
- Monitor Temperature: Keep an eye on the Thermometer (1) to ensure the compressor does not overheat. The dual cooling system (water and fan) will work to maintain optimal temperature.
- Auto-Stop: The compressor will automatically stop once the target pressure is achieved.
- Manual Stop: To stop compression manually, flip the Power switch (14) to the "OFF" position.
- Bleed Air: After compression, slowly open the Bleed valve (6) to release residual pressure from the hose before disconnecting the air device.
- Disconnect: Once pressure is released, disconnect the air output hose from your device.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your compressor.
- Coolant Level: Regularly check the coolant level in the water tank (2) and refill as needed. Replace coolant periodically according to manufacturer recommendations (typically every few months depending on usage).
- Cleaning: Keep the exterior of the compressor clean. Ensure the Fan Cooling Vents (8) are free from dust and debris to allow for efficient airflow.
- Connections: Periodically inspect all hoses and connections for wear, damage, or leaks. Replace any damaged components immediately.
- Storage: Store the compressor in a dry, clean environment when not in use.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Compressor does not turn on. | No power supply; Power switch is OFF; Overload protector tripped. | Check power connection; Ensure switch is ON; Reset Power overload protector (12). |
| Compressor runs but no pressure builds. | Air leak in connections; Bleed valve (6) is open; Faulty check valve. | Tighten all connections; Close bleed valve; Contact support for service. |
| Compressor overheats quickly. | Low coolant level; Blocked fan vents (8); Extended operation without breaks. | Check and refill coolant; Clean fan vents; Allow compressor to cool down between uses. |
| Auto-stop not functioning. | Pressure sensor malfunction; Incorrect pressure setting. | Verify pressure setting; Contact support for sensor issues. |
