Troubleshooting
- Connectivity Issues: Ensure the mouse is charged. For 2.4GHz mode, verify the dongle is securely plugged in. For Bluetooth, ensure the mouse is in pairing mode and your device's Bluetooth is enabled. Try re-pairing if issues persist.
- Scrolling Problems: If the scroll wheel is unresponsive or scrolls in the wrong direction, try updating the mouse firmware via the KYSONA driver software. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
- Button Malfunctions (Sticky/Unresponsive): Ensure the mouse is clean and free of debris around the buttons. If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, refer to the warranty information.
- Lag or Delay: In wireless modes, ensure there are no significant obstructions or sources of interference between the mouse and the receiver/device. For optimal performance, especially in gaming, consider using wired mode or ensuring the 2.4GHz dongle is close to the mouse.
