5. Setup Instructions
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
- Placement: Place the main heat press unit on a sturdy, flat, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is enough space around the machine for the 360° swing-away function.
- Power Connection: Connect the power cord to the machine and then to a grounded electrical outlet (110 Volts).
- Attaching Platens:
- The T-shirt platen is usually pre-installed. To change to other attachments (mug, cap, plate), you will need to unplug the corresponding heating element cable from the control box and unscrew any securing nuts/bolts.
- Align the desired attachment with the mounting points and secure it using the provided screws or clips. Reconnect the heating element cable to the control box.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 General Operation (Temperature & Time Setting)
- Power On: Flip the red power switch on the side of the control box to the "ON" position.
- Set Temperature: Press the "SET" button once. The temperature display will flash. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust to your desired temperature (e.g., 365°F for sublimation). Press "SET" again to confirm.
- Set Time: After setting the temperature, press the "SET" button again. The time display will flash. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust to your desired time (e.g., 60 seconds). Press "SET" again to confirm.
- Start Heating: The machine will begin heating to the set temperature. The "OUT" light will illuminate. Once the set temperature is reached, the machine will beep.
- Switch Temperature Unit: To switch between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C), long press the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously for five seconds.

6.2 T-shirt Pressing
- Place the t-shirt onto the bottom platen. Ensure it is flat and smooth.
- Position your transfer design (e.g., HTV, sublimation print) onto the t-shirt.
- Cover the design with a Teflon sheet to protect the heating element and prevent ink transfer.
- Swing the top heating platen over the t-shirt and press the handle down firmly until it locks. The timer will start automatically.
- Once the timer beeps, lift the handle and swing the heating platen away.
- Carefully remove the Teflon sheet and peel off the transfer paper (hot or cold peel, depending on your material).

6.3 Mug Pressing
- Attach the appropriate mug press attachment for your mug size.
- Wrap your sublimation print around the mug and secure it with heat-resistant tape.
- Insert the mug into the mug press attachment. Adjust the pressure knob on the mug press to ensure firm contact.
- Close the mug press handle. The timer will start.
- After the timer beeps, open the mug press and carefully remove the hot mug using heat-resistant gloves.
- Immediately peel off the transfer paper. Allow the mug to cool completely.

6.4 Cap Pressing
- Attach the cap press attachment to the main unit.
- Place the cap onto the cap platen, ensuring it is smooth and centered.
- Position your design onto the cap.
- Lower the heating element onto the cap and apply pressure. The timer will start.
- Once the timer beeps, lift the heating element and carefully remove the cap.
- Peel off the transfer paper.
6.5 Plate Pressing
- Attach the appropriate plate press attachment for your plate size.
- Secure your sublimation print onto the plate with heat-resistant tape.
- Place the plate onto the plate press attachment.
- Lower the heating element onto the plate and apply pressure. The timer will start.
- After the timer beeps, lift the heating element and carefully remove the hot plate using heat-resistant gloves.
- Peel off the transfer paper. Allow the plate to cool.
7. Maintenance
- Always unplug the machine and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the heating element with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
