4. Setup
- Placement: Place the AXV Vibration Plate on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is enough space around the machine for safe operation. The suction cups on the bottom provide stability.
- Power Connection: Locate the power input port on the side of the machine. Insert the power cord firmly into the port and then plug the other end into a standard electrical outlet.
- Resistance Bands (Optional): If you plan to use the resistance bands, attach them to the designated hooks on the sides of the platform. Ensure they are securely fastened before use.

5. Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press the power button on the control panel or the remote control to turn on the machine. The LED display will illuminate.
- Start/Stop: Press the "Start/Stop" button to begin or pause the vibration.
- Adjusting Speed: Use the "Speed+" and "Speed-" buttons on the control panel or remote to adjust the vibration intensity (levels 1-120).
- Adjusting Time: Use the "Time+" and "Time-" buttons on the remote to set your desired workout duration. The default time is 10 minutes.
- Program Modes: The machine offers various pre-set program modes. Press the "Program" button on the remote to cycle through these modes, each designed for different workout intensities and durations.
- Manual Mode: Select manual mode to customize your speed and time settings.
- Foot Placement: The platform features marked zones for different intensity levels:
- Walking: Feet close together in the center for lower intensity.
- Jogging: Feet slightly wider apart for medium intensity.
- Running: Feet furthest apart for higher intensity.

6. Exercise Guide
The AXV Vibration Plate can be used for a variety of exercises to target different muscle groups and achieve various fitness goals. Here are some suggested uses:
- Full Body Workout: Stand on the platform with feet in the "running" zone. Perform squats, lunges, or bicep curls using the resistance bands for an enhanced workout.
- Relaxation & Recovery: Stand or sit on the platform with feet in the "walking" zone at a lower speed to promote blood circulation and muscle relaxation. The magnet health massage function provides additional comfort.
- Targeted Exercises:
- Upper Body: Use resistance bands for arm exercises while standing or sitting.
- Lower Body: Perform calf raises, squats, or lunges on the platform.
- Core: Sit on the platform and perform abdominal exercises.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the machine with a soft, damp cloth after each use. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

8. Troubleshooting
