- Press the GROUP button. All other intercoms will receive a call alert.

5.3 Using Monitored Function
The Monitored function allows one intercom unit to continuously listen to another specific intercom unit. This is useful for monitoring children (like a baby monitor) or for situations where continuous audio feedback is needed.
- On the unit you wish to monitor from, press the MONITORED button.
- Then, press the channel number of the intercom unit you wish to monitor.
- The monitoring unit will now continuously receive audio from the selected intercom.
- To exit monitor mode, press the Answer/End Call button.
- The monitored function will automatically stop after 24 hours and needs to be reactivated if continuous monitoring is required.

7. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the intercom unit and the power adapter, and that the adapter is plugged into a working wall outlet.
- Poor Sound Quality/Feedback: Ensure intercom units are not placed too close to each other, as this can cause audio feedback. Obstacles like thick walls or metal structures can also affect signal clarity and range.
- Intercom Not Responding: Verify that the unit is powered on and the correct channel is selected for communication.
- Monitored Function Stops: The monitored function automatically deactivates after 24 hours. Reactivate it by pressing the MONITORED button and the desired channel again.
- Difficulty with Full-Duplex: While designed for full-duplex, ensure clear speaking directly into the microphone. Environmental noise can sometimes affect voice activation in certain modes.
