Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the air fryer and all packaging materials. Retain packaging for storage or disposal.
- Initial Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Remove the cooking basket and crisper plate, wash them with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of clear space around the back and sides of the appliance for adequate air circulation. Do not place it directly under cabinets.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- First Use (Burn-in): It is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10-15 minutes at 180°C (350°F) before cooking food for the first time. This helps to burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this process; this is normal. Ensure good ventilation.
Operating Instructions
Basic Operation:
- Place the crisper plate inside the cooking basket.
- Place your food into the cooking basket. Do not overfill the basket to allow for proper air circulation.
- Slide the cooking basket back into the main unit until it clicks into place.
- Press the Power button to turn on the display.
- Manual Setting: Use the TEMP and TIME buttons, along with the + and - buttons, to set your desired temperature (34°C to 200°C) and cooking time (1 to 24 hours).
- Pre-set Programs: Alternatively, select one of the 10 automatic programs by tapping the corresponding icon. The appliance will automatically set the optimal temperature and time for that food type. You can adjust these settings manually after selecting a program if needed.
- Press the START button to begin cooking.
- You can monitor the cooking progress through the viewing window. The internal light can be turned on/off by pressing the light icon.
- During cooking, you may hear an acoustic alert (Turn Reminder) prompting you to shake or flip the food for even cooking.
- Once the cooking cycle is complete, the air fryer will beep, and the display will show "OFF".
- Carefully pull out the basket using the handle. Place it on a heat-resistant surface.
- Remove the cooked food using tongs. Do not tip the basket to remove food, as excess oil may collect at the bottom.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean the air fryer after every use to prevent food residue buildup and maintain performance.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Basket and Crisper Plate: The cooking basket and crisper plate are non-stick coated and can be washed with warm soapy water. Use a soft sponge or cloth. For stubborn food residue, soak the basket in warm water for about 10 minutes before cleaning. Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaning materials, as they can damage the non-stick coating.
- Interior: Wipe the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth. If necessary, use a mild detergent. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Exterior: Clean the exterior with a damp cloth.
- Heating Element: Use a cleaning brush to remove any food residue from the heating element inside the air fryer.
