It features a quiet DC motor, remote control with a digital display, dimmable LED lighting with adjustable color temperatures, and reversible blade rotation for year-round comfort.

2. Important Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or personal injury, please follow these guidelines:

• Read all instructions carefully before beginning installation.
• Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with all local and national electrical codes.
• Disconnect power at the main circuit breaker before installation or servicing.
• Ensure the mounting structure can support the weight of the fan (approximately 26.4 pounds or 12 kg).
• Do not operate the fan with damaged wiring or if it is not functioning properly.
• Keep hands, clothing, and other objects clear of the fan blades when the fan is in operation.
• This fan is suitable for damp locations but should not be directly exposed to water.

4. Installation Guide

Installation Steps Overview:

1. Install the Fan Blade Edge Cover: Attach the edge covers to the ends of each fan blade using the provided screws.
2. Install the Fan Blades: Secure each of the 8 fan blades to the motor body.
3. Install LED Light Panel: Connect the LED light panel to the motor and secure it.
4. Install the Downrod: Select the appropriate downrod length (8" or 16"), thread the canopy and splice closure, and pass the wires through. Secure the downrod to the motor port.
5. Connect the Receiver Wires: Connect the receiver wires to the corresponding wires from the fan motor.
6. Fix the Mounting Bracket: Securely attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling joist or outlet box using appropriate screws.
7. Hang the Downrod and Connect Wires: Hang the fan assembly onto the mounting bracket. Complete the receiver and ceiling wire connections, ensuring proper grounding.
8. Cover with Canopy: Slide the canopy up to cover the mounting bracket and receiver, then tighten the screws to secure it.
9. Cover the Lampshade: Attach the lampshade to the light fixture.

5. Operating Instructions

Your Ohniyou ceiling fan is operated via the included remote control. Ensure the remote has working batteries.

Remote Control Functions:

• Power On/Off: Turns the fan and light on or off.
• Fan Speed Adjustment: Cycle through 6 wind speeds (1-2 for comfortable wind, 3-4 for natural wind, 5-6 for cool wind).
• Light Control:
  • 3 Color Temperatures (CCT): Switch between Warm Light (3000K), Natural Light (4500K), and Cool Light (6000K).
  • Dimmable Brightness: Adjust light brightness from 10% to 100%.
• Reversible DC Motor: Switch between Summer Mode (counter-clockwise for cooling) and Winter Mode (clockwise for air circulation).
• Timer Settings: Set the fan to turn off automatically after 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours.
• Ambient Thermometer: The digital display on the remote shows the indoor temperature.

6. Maintenance

• Tighten Screws: Periodically check all screws on the fan and mounting bracket to ensure they are secure.
• Light Source: The LED light source is integrated and designed for long life. Do not attempt to replace individual LEDs.
