3. Setup

3.1. Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the camera's built-in 1350mAh battery.

1. Connect the included Type-C USB cable to the camera's charging port.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
3. The charging indicator light will show the charging status. It will turn off or change color when fully charged.

3.2. Inserting a Micro SD Card

A Micro SD card (not included) is required to store photos and videos.

1. Locate the Micro SD card slot on the camera.
2. Insert a Class 10 or higher Micro SD card (up to 256GB recommended) with the contacts facing the correct direction until it clicks into place.
3. To remove, gently push the card until it pops out.

Important: Format the Micro SD card in the camera before first use to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.

3.3. Attaching Mounts and Accessories

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Power On/Off

• To power on: Press and hold the Power/Mode button for a few seconds.
• To power off: Press and hold the Power/Mode button until the camera shuts down.

4.2. Basic Recording and Photo Capture

• Switch Modes: Press the Power/Mode button repeatedly to cycle through video, photo, and other modes.
• Start/Stop Recording: In video mode, press the Shutter/OK button to start recording. Press again to stop.
• Take Photo: In photo mode, press the Shutter/OK button to take a picture.

4.3. Advanced Features

• HDR Mode: Activates High Dynamic Range for improved detail in both bright and dark areas.
• Super Night Vision: Enhances low-light performance for clearer night recordings.

5. Maintenance

5.1. Cleaning

• Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the camera body.
• For the lens, use a specialized lens cleaning cloth and solution. Avoid touching the lens with your fingers.
• After underwater use, rinse the camera with fresh water and dry thoroughly before opening any ports.

5.2. Storage

• Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Remove the Micro SD card if storing for extended periods.

5.3. Battery Care

• Charge the battery regularly, even if not in use, to maintain its lifespan.
