Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Clean: Before first use, wash the removable bean hopper, grind chamber, and lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The main unit should be wiped with a damp cloth.
  3. Assemble: Ensure the grind chamber is securely in place. Attach the bean hopper to the top of the unit.
  4. Fill Bean Hopper: Add whole coffee beans to the removable bean hopper. Do not overfill beyond the maximum fill line.

Operating Instructions

1. Select Grind Setting

Your grinder offers 18 custom grind settings. Rotate the grind selector dial to choose the desired fineness:

  • Fine: Ideal for espresso machines.
  • Medium: Suitable for drip coffee makers.
  • Coarse: Recommended for French press and cold brew methods.

2. Select Cup Quantity

Use the cup quantity selector to choose the amount of coffee you wish to grind, from 2 to 20 cups. The grinder will automatically stop once the selected quantity is reached.

3. Start Grinding

Press the START/STOP button to begin grinding. The grinder will operate until the selected quantity is processed or until you press the button again to stop it manually.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your grinder.

  1. Unplug: Always unplug the grinder from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Remove Grind Chamber: Slide out the grind chamber. Empty any remaining coffee grounds.
  3. Remove Bean Hopper: To remove the bean hopper for thorough cleaning, rotate the entire hopper counter-clockwise multiple times until it unscrews from the bottom of the unit.
  4. Clean Components: Wash the removable bean hopper, grind chamber, and lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  5. Clean Burrs: Use the included cleaning brush to remove any coffee residue from the burrs.
  6. Clean Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
  7. Reduce Static Cling: To minimize static cling and prevent scattered grounds, gently tap the lid of the grind chamber before opening it.
