4. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the headlamp, USB-C charging cable, and instruction manual from the packaging.
2. Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the headlamp. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the side of the headlamp and plug the other end into a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer, power bank). The charging indicator light will show red while charging and turn green when fully charged.
3. Adjust Headband: Adjust the elastic headband to fit comfortably and securely around your head. The strap is designed to be adjustable for various head sizes.

5. Operating Instructions

The FREEZE2TRIM Tactical Headlight features a main power button and a motion sensor button for easy control.

5.1. Power Button Operation

Press the power button (usually marked with a power symbol) to cycle through the following light modes:

1. First Press: COB High Power (Wide Beam)
2. Second Press: COB Low Power (Wide Beam)
3. Third Press: LED High Power (Spotlight)
4. Fourth Press: LED Low Power (Spotlight)
5. Fifth Press: SOS Strobe (Emergency Signal)
6. Sixth Press: Off

5.2. Motion Sensor Operation

The motion sensor allows for hands-free control, ideal when your hands are occupied.

1. Activate Sensor Mode: Press the motion sensor button (usually marked with a wave symbol). The motion sensor indicator light will illuminate (often green) to confirm activation.
2. Control Light: Once activated, wave your hand approximately 2-4 inches in front of the sensor to turn the light on or off.
3. Deactivate Sensor Mode: Press the motion sensor button again. The indicator light will turn off.

Note: The motion sensor function works independently of the main power button's mode selection. When the motion sensor is active, waving your hand will toggle the currently selected light mode (e.g., if COB High is selected, waving your hand will turn COB High on/off).

6. Charging

The headlamp is equipped with a 1200mAh rechargeable Lithium Polymer battery.

• Charging Port: Located on the side of the headlamp, protected by a rubber flap.
• Charging Time: Approximately 2 to 4 hours for a full charge.
• Battery Life: Provides 2.5 to 8 hours of continuous illumination, depending on the selected light mode.
• Indicator Lights: A red light indicates charging, and a green light indicates a full charge.

To prolong battery life, avoid completely draining the battery and charge it regularly, even during periods of non-use.

• Cleaning: Wipe the headlamp with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Storage: Store the headlamp in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: Charge the battery at least once every three months to maintain its health, even if not in regular use.
• Avoid Disassembly: Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the headlamp, as this will void the warranty and may cause damage.
