4. Setup and Installation

6. Maintenance

6.1 High-Temperature Self-Cleaning
The indoor unit features a 133°F high-temperature self-cleaning function to help maintain air quality and prevent mold and bacteria buildup.
- Refer to your remote control or app for instructions on activating the self-clean mode.
- During this cycle, the unit will heat the evaporator coil to a high temperature to sterilize it, then cool it down to remove condensed water and debris.

6.2 Removable & Washable Filter
The air filter should be cleaned regularly (e.g., every 2-4 weeks, depending on usage) to maintain optimal airflow and air quality.
- Open the front panel of the indoor unit.
- Carefully remove the air filters.
- Wash the filters with lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
- Allow the filters to dry completely in a shaded area before reinserting them. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
- Reinstall the filters and close the front panel.
