Assembly Instructions
Although the product specifications may indicate 'No Assembly Required', initial setup is necessary. Follow these steps to assemble your hardtop stand:
- Attach Caster Wheels to Base Frames: Secure the four caster wheels to the designated points on the two horizontal base frames using the provided bolts, nuts, and washers. Ensure the two locking casters are installed on the same base frame for easier access.
- Connect Base Frames: Join the two horizontal base frames using the four cross-support bars. Use the appropriate hardware to firmly connect them, forming the base of the cart.
- Install Vertical Frame Supports: Attach the two vertical frame supports to the assembled base. Ensure they are oriented correctly, with the hardtop support arms facing inwards. Secure them firmly with the provided hardware.
- Attach Top Padded Support Bar: Connect the top horizontal padded support bar between the two vertical frame supports. This bar provides cushioned contact for your hardtop.
- Attach Securing Strap: Thread the securing strap through the designated slots or loops on the vertical frame supports. This strap will help hold your hardtop securely in place.

Double-check all connections to ensure they are tight and secure before proceeding to operation.
Operation
- Prepare the Stand: Ensure the stand is on a level surface and the locking casters are engaged to prevent movement during hardtop placement.
- Position Hardtop: Carefully lift your vehicle's hardtop and align it with the padded support points on the stand. Lower the hardtop gently onto the stand, ensuring it rests evenly on all padded surfaces.
- Secure Hardtop: Use the provided securing strap to firmly fasten the hardtop to the stand. Adjust the strap tension to prevent any shifting or movement of the hardtop while on the stand.
- Apply Dust Cover: Drape the generic dust cover over the hardtop and stand to protect it from dust and environmental elements during storage.
- Move the Stand: To move the stand, disengage the locking casters. Push or pull the stand carefully to its desired location. Re-engage the locking casters once the stand is in its final position.
