3. Setup Guide

3.1 Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale.
2. Open the battery cover.
3. Insert the 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Close the battery cover securely.

3.2 App Download and Pairing

The arboleaf scale requires the arboleaf app for full functionality and detailed body composition analysis. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices.

2. Enable Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.

3.3 Initial Profile Setup

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Taking a Measurement

1. Place the Scale: Ensure the scale is on a hard, flat surface.
2. Step On: Step onto the scale barefoot, placing your feet on the four electrode pads.
3. Extend Handle: Gently pull the retractable handle upwards. Hold the handle with both hands, ensuring your thumbs are on the top electrodes and your fingers wrap around the side electrodes. Keep your arms straight and slightly away from your body, forming an angle.
4. Remain Still: Stand still until the measurement is complete. The display will show your weight and other key metrics. The app will simultaneously receive and process the full body composition data.
