4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Two-Way Calling and Messaging
The smartwatch supports two-way voice and video calling with parent-approved contacts. Children can also send and receive chat messages via the mobile app. Only contacts approved by parents can communicate with the watch.

8.2 Refund and Cancellation Policy
Devices purchased from Seculife's Amazon store are eligible for refunds within 14 days of device activation. The device must be returned to Amazon or the Seculife office in its original condition with all accessories for the refund to be processed. After the 14-day risk-free trial, no refunds will be issued. For 1-year contracted plans, a $79 cancellation fee applies.
