5. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Ensure all gain controls are set to minimum. Press the Power Switch on the front panel to turn on the amplifier. The power indicator LED will illuminate.
  2. Adjust Gain: Slowly increase the individual Channel Gain Controls (CH-A, CH-B, CH-C, CH-D) to achieve the desired output level.
  3. Monitor LEDs:
    • SIG LED: Illuminates when an audio signal is present on the channel.
    • LIMIT LED: Illuminates when the amplifier is approaching or reaching its maximum output. Reduce the gain if this LED is constantly lit to prevent clipping and distortion.
  4. Bridge Mode (Optional): If higher power output is required for a single speaker, set the Bridge/Normal switch to BRIDGE. Ensure your speaker is rated for bridged operation and connected to the designated bridged output.
  5. Power Off: Before powering off, reduce all gain controls to minimum. Then, press the Power Switch to turn off the amplifier.
