Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the thermostat from its packaging.
- Battery Installation: The device comes with a pre-installed CR2032 backup battery. Ensure the battery tab is removed if present, or replace the battery if the display is not functioning.
- Plug In: Insert the EMOS P5660FR into a suitable wall socket. Ensure the socket is compatible with French standards.

Operating Instructions
Setting the Current Time:
- Press and hold the TIME button until the hour digit flashes.
- Use the + or - buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press TIME again to move to the minute setting. Adjust with + or -.
- Press TIME again to set the day of the week. Adjust with + or -.
- Press TIME to confirm and exit.
Setting Temperature Mode (Heating/Cooling):
- Press the MODE button to cycle through available modes.
- Look for icons on the display:
- Flame icon: Heating mode. The device will activate the connected appliance when the temperature drops below the set point.
- Snowflake icon: Cooling mode. The device will activate the connected appliance when the temperature rises above the set point.

- Repeat for other program periods (P2, P3, etc.) as needed.
- Press MODE to exit programming mode.
Using BOOST Function:
The BOOST function provides a temporary override of the current program or temperature setting for a specified duration.
- Press the BOOST button. The display will show a temporary temperature or duration.
- Use + or - to adjust the boost duration or target temperature.
- The device will operate at the boost setting for the set duration, then return to the programmed schedule.
