2.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection

2.3 Ink Installation
Install the ink bottles into their designated slots. Ensure the pipelines are correctly accessed to allow for proper ink flow. The system supports 6 colors: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, and two White channels.

2.4 Software Installation
Install the dedicated DTF software using the provided USB tutorials. The software is compatible with Windows 7, 10, and 11 systems. macOS is not supported. The software allows for one-click printing and flexible image layout adjustments.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Printing Process Overview
The DTF printing process involves several steps: designing, printing onto film, applying powder, curing with the oven, and finally heat pressing onto the garment.

3.2 Preparing for Print
- Ensure the printer is powered on and connected to your computer via USB.
- Load the 33CM width DTF film into the printer.
- Open the DTF software and prepare your design. The software supports multi-pattern and multi-task editing.
- Perform a nozzle check and printhead cleaning if necessary using the 5-inch LED touchscreen.

3.3 Printing and Curing
Initiate printing from the software. The F1080 printhead supports a maximum resolution of 2880×1440 dpi. After printing, apply DTF powder evenly to the wet ink on the film. Place the powdered film into the A3 DTF Oven for curing. Recommended baking temperature is 130°C for 3 minutes.

3.4 Heat Press Application
Once the film is cured, it is ready for transfer. Place the film onto your desired garment and use a heat press at 170°C for 15 seconds. After pressing, peel the film to reveal your personalized T-shirt or apparel.
4. Maintenance
4.1 Anti-Clogging System
The printer features an intelligent timed anti-clogging cleaning system, also known as Holiday Mode. This system performs automatic cleaning during periods of inactivity to prevent nozzle clogging. The 3-in-1 ink system continuously circulates, mixes, and filters ink, which is crucial for white ink to prevent sedimentation and ensure smooth printing.

4.2 Ink Monitoring System
The dual ink monitoring system provides real-time alerts for low ink levels and waste ink overflow. A smart 10% low-ink alert indicates when a specific tank requires refilling, and the waste ink warning prevents spills and maintains a clean workspace.
