4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking and Placement

Carefully remove all packaging materials. Place the dishwasher on a stable, level surface near a water source and drain. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.

4.2 Water Connection

The DW5 WE offers two methods for water supply:

  1. Manual Fill: Use the provided 1.8L jug to pour water directly into the top opening of the dishwasher. The dishwasher requires approximately 5 liters of water per cycle. You will need to fill the jug three times.
  2. Direct Plumbing: Connect the inlet hose (provided) to a water tap with a 2.5cm (1 inch) connection. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks. A plumber may be required for initial installation.

4.3 Drainage

Connect the drain hose (provided) to the dishwasher's drain outlet. Route the hose to a sink or a dedicated drain pipe, ensuring it is securely positioned to prevent dislodgement during operation.
