Setup and Installation

1. Test Rear View Camera (if applicable): If your package includes a rear view camera, test its functionality before permanent installation.
2. Turn Off Car Engine: Ensure your vehicle's engine is turned off before proceeding with installation.
3. Insert Memory Card: Insert a Class10 or higher small memory card (up to 32GB, not included) into the memory card slot of the recorder. Ensure it clicks into place.
4. Mount the Device:
   • Attach the suction cup base to the main unit.
   • Clean the windshield area where you intend to mount the dash cam.
   • Press the suction cup firmly against the windshield and lock it in place. Position the camera to ensure a clear view of the road without obstructing your driving vision.
5. Connect Power: Plug the car charger into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket and connect the other end to the USB port on the driving recorder. Route the cable neatly to avoid interference.
6. Adjust Internal Camera: Rotate the internal camera 360 degrees to achieve the desired viewing angle for the vehicle's interior.

Operating Instructions

Basic Operation

• Power On/Off: The device will automatically power on and begin recording when the car engine starts. It will power off automatically when the engine is turned off. You can also manually power on/off by pressing and holding the power button.
• Recording: Once powered on, the device automatically starts loop recording. Video files are saved in segments (e.g., 1, 3, or 5 minutes) to the memory card.
• Loop Recording: When the memory card is full, the oldest unlocked files will be automatically overwritten to make space for new recordings.
• Emergency Lock: In case of a sudden impact or collision, the built-in G-sensor will automatically lock the current video file to prevent it from being overwritten. You can also manually lock a file by pressing a designated button (refer to device buttons).

Advanced Features

• Parking Monitoring: When the vehicle is parked and the device detects vibration or motion, it will automatically start recording to protect your vehicle. This feature requires a continuous power supply or the device's internal battery.

• Motion Detection: In standby mode, if the device detects moving objects in front of the camera, it will automatically begin recording.
