1. Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before using your Uten 800W Countertop Blender. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Always ensure the blender is unplugged before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning.
- Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids.
- Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending to reduce the risk of severe personal injury and/or damage to the blender.
- Never blend hot liquids in a sealed container. Allow hot liquids to cool before blending.
- Do not operate the blender with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- The blender features a power-off protection mechanism: lifting the blending jug while the machine is powered on will trigger this protection. If this occurs, return the speed knob to '0' to reset before resuming operation.
- Ensure the jar is correctly aligned with the base for proper functioning. If the blue light turns on but the blender doesn't operate, check the jar's placement.

5. Blending Tips
- Control the working capacity to approximately 75% to avoid overload.
- If food is attached to the glass wall and cannot be stirred, add a little water or liquid and stir again.
- For best results, add liquids first, then soft ingredients, followed by harder ingredients and ice.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your blender.
Automatic Cleaning (Pulse Clean)
Add clean water and a drop of dish soap to the jug. Select the 'Pulse' mode to clean approximately 80% of the residue. This method is effective for quick cleaning after use.
Hand Washing
For thorough cleaning, it is recommended to combine automatic cleaning with manual cleaning. Disassemble the jug, blades, and lid. Wash all removable parts with warm, soapy water. Use a brush to clean around the blades carefully. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry.
Important Cleaning Notes:
- The blender has ABS plastic parts and rubber seals, which are not suitable for dishwasher cleaning. High temperature cleaning can deform and damage these parts.
- The glass jug is not suitable for use and cleaning in alternating hot and cold conditions, as this can cause the jug to break.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your blender, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Blender does not start, but blue light is on. | Jug not correctly aligned or seated on the motor base. | Double-check that the jar is correctly aligned with the base for proper functioning. Ensure it clicks into place. |
| Blender stops unexpectedly during operation. | Power-off protection activated (jug lifted) or motor overheating. | If the jug was lifted, return the speed knob to '0' to reset. If due to overheating, unplug the blender and let it cool down for at least 15-20 minutes before resuming use. Reduce load or add more liquid. |
| Leakage from the bottom of the container. | Sealing ring not correctly installed or damaged. Jug base not tightened properly. | Check if the sealing ring is correctly installed. Use the retaining ring wrench to ensure the fixing ring and jug base are securely tightened. Replace damaged sealing rings. |
| Ingredients are not blending smoothly or are stuck. | Too little liquid, too many ingredients, or ingredients are too large. | Add more liquid. Reduce the amount of ingredients. Cut larger ingredients into smaller pieces. Use the 'Pulse' function to dislodge stuck ingredients. |
