Setup

Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your 1Mii Y8 headphones. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the right earcup and the other end to a USB power source. The LED indicator will show charging status and turn off when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours and provides up to 75 hours of playback (55 hours with ANC activated).

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
2. Press and hold the power button on the left earcup until the LED indicator flashes blue, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "Y8" from the list of devices to connect.
5. Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue.

Wired Connection

For a wired connection, plug the provided 3.5mm audio cable into the audio jack on the left earcup and the other end into your audio device. Note: Wired mode requires the headphones to be charged for full functionality, and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is available in wired mode.

Operating Instructions

Controls Overview

The 1Mii Y8 headphones feature intuitive button controls for easy management of your audio and calls.

• Power Button: Long press to power on/off.
• ANC Button: Press to toggle Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) or Transparency mode.
• Volume Up (+): Short press to increase volume. Long press to skip to the next track.
• Volume Down (-): Short press to decrease volume. Long press to go to the previous track.
• Play/Pause Button: Short press to play/pause music. Also used for call control (answer/end/reject).

Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Transparency Mode

The hybrid active noise canceling technology effectively reduces up to 90% of ambient noise, such as airplane engines, car engines, subway trains, and crowds, allowing for an immersive listening experience. In Transparency mode, you can hear your surroundings while still enjoying your audio, which is ideal for staying aware of your environment.

Maintenance

Cleaning and Storage

Troubleshooting

• No Power: Ensure the headphones are fully charged using the provided USB-C cable.
• Cannot Pair: Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (flashing blue LED). Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth, then try pairing again. Ensure the headphones are not connected to another device.
• No Sound: Check the volume levels on both the headphones and your connected device. Ensure the headphones are properly paired or the audio cable is securely connected.
• Poor Sound Quality: Ensure the headphones are within Bluetooth range of your device. If using wired, check the cable for damage and ensure it's fully inserted. For optimal sound, ensure LDAC is enabled on your device if supported.
• ANC Not Working: Ensure the ANC button is pressed and the green indicator light is on.
