3.1 Connecting Peripherals

3.2 Powering On

4.1 Display Configuration
The Bmax B9 Power Mini PC supports triple-display output, allowing you to extend your desktop across multiple screens for enhanced productivity or entertainment.
- Connect up to three displays using any combination of the HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort (DP 1.4a), and full-featured Type-C ports.
- Each port supports 4K resolution at 60Hz.
- Once connected, you can configure display settings (extend, duplicate, or show only on one screen) within the Windows operating system.

4.2 Network Connectivity
- Wired Connection: Plug an Ethernet cable into the RJ45 port for a stable and fast wired network connection.
- Wireless Connection (Wi-Fi 6): The Mini PC features built-in 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) for high-speed wireless internet. To connect, go to Windows Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi, select your network, and enter the password.

5.1 Cooling System
The Bmax B9 Power Mini PC incorporates a "Space Capsule Cooling System" to ensure optimal performance and longevity. This system includes:
- Enlarged double copper heat pipe
- Giant turbo smart fan
- Top cover cooling design
To maintain efficient cooling, ensure the ventilation openings on the Mini PC are not obstructed. Regularly clean any dust accumulation from the vents using compressed air.

5.2 System Recovery (Smart Recovery)
The Bmax B9 Power Mini PC includes a "Smart Recovery" feature to help you restore the Windows operating system to its factory settings in case of issues like OS crashes, slow performance, or incorrect upgrades. This process will erase all data on the system drive, so ensure you back up important files before proceeding.
To access Smart Recovery:
- Ensure the Mini PC is connected to a power source.
- During boot-up, you may be prompted to enter the Smart Recovery environment. Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Alternatively, you can press the "Clear CMOS Button" (a small pinhole button, usually on the rear) while the device is off, then power on, to potentially trigger recovery options. Refer to the on-screen prompts.
- Once in the Smart Recovery environment, select "Factory Reset" to restore the system. You may need to connect a USB mouse to navigate.

6. Troubleshooting
6.1 No Display Output
- Ensure the monitor is powered on and correctly connected to the Mini PC's HDMI, DP, or Type-C port.
- Try a different display cable or port.
- Verify the monitor's input source is set correctly (e.g., HDMI 1, DisplayPort).
- Restart the Mini PC.
6.2 Keyboard/Mouse Not Working
- Ensure USB devices are firmly plugged into the USB ports. Try different USB ports (USB 3.2 or USB 2.0).
- For wireless keyboard/mouse, ensure the USB dongle is connected and the devices have fresh batteries.
- If using Bluetooth devices, ensure Bluetooth is enabled in Windows and the devices are properly paired.
- Restart the Mini PC. If you cannot use the mouse/keyboard, perform a hard shutdown by holding the power button for 5-10 seconds.
- If the issue persists during initial setup, try a basic wired USB keyboard and mouse to complete the setup process.
