Setup Instructions

1. Connecting the Power Adapter

1. Connect one end of the provided USB-C to USB-C cable to the input port on the back of the charging station.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to the included 33W Power Adapter.
3. Plug the 33W Power Adapter into a wall outlet.

Important: To achieve optimal charging speeds for all devices, a Power Delivery (PD) charger of 30W or higher is required. The included 33W adapter meets this requirement.

2. Attaching the Apple Watch Charger

1. Locate the dedicated USB-C port for the Apple Watch charging module, typically found on the side or rear of the main unit.
2. Gently insert the Apple Watch charging module into this port until it is securely seated.

Operating Instructions

1. Charging Your iPhone

1. Ensure your iPhone is MagSafe compatible (iPhone 12 series or newer) or is using a MagSafe-compatible case.
2. Place your iPhone onto the magnetic charging pad. The magnets will align your phone automatically.
3. The charging indicator on your iPhone screen will confirm charging has begun.
4. You can adjust the phone's angle (up to 65 degrees tilt) and rotate it 360 degrees for optimal viewing in portrait or landscape mode.

2. Charging Your Apple Watch

1. Place your Apple Watch onto the attached watch charging module.
2. Ensure the watch is properly seated and the charging icon appears on its screen.

3. Charging Your AirPods

1. Place your AirPods (in their wireless charging case) onto the designated charging area, typically located behind the iPhone charging pad.
2. The charging indicator on your AirPods case will illuminate to confirm charging.

4. Using the Night Light

1. Locate the night light control button, usually on the side or front of the base.
2. Press the button once to turn on the night light.
3. Press again to cycle through warm light, cool light, and off.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Before cleaning, disconnect the charging station from the power outlet.
• Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the surface of the charging station.
• Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemical sprays, as these may damage the finish or internal components.

Storage

• When not in use for extended periods, store the charging station in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Ensure the Apple Watch charging module is securely stored, possibly detached and placed in a protective pouch if traveling.

Troubleshooting

Device Not Charging

• Check Power Connection: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the charging station and the power adapter, and that the adapter is firmly plugged into a working wall outlet.
• Verify Power Adapter: Confirm that you are using a Power Delivery (PD) adapter of 30W or higher. Lower wattage adapters may not provide sufficient power for simultaneous charging or fast charging.
• Proper Placement: Ensure your device is correctly aligned on its respective charging pad. For iPhones, the MagSafe connection should snap into place. For AirPods, ensure the case is centered on the pad.
• Remove Obstructions: Thick phone cases or metallic objects between the device and the charging pad can interfere with wireless charging. Remove them and try again.

Apple Watch Charging Intermittently or Not at All

• Secure Module Connection: Ensure the Apple Watch charging module is fully and securely inserted into its USB-C port on the main unit. A loose connection can cause intermittent charging.
• Watch Placement: Confirm the Apple Watch is correctly positioned on the charging module.
• Power Adapter Output: While the 33W adapter is sufficient, if other devices are drawing significant power, the watch charging might be affected. Ensure the overall power draw does not exceed the adapter's capacity.

Night Light Not Functioning

• Check Power: Ensure the charging station is powered on.
• Press Button: Press the night light control button to cycle through its settings (on/off, warm/cool).
