Maintenance
1. Cleaning
To clean your keyboard, power it off and disconnect it from any devices. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. For deeper cleaning, a can of compressed air can remove debris from between keycaps. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
2. Hot-Swappable Switches
The keyboard features a hot-swappable PCB, allowing you to change switches without soldering. Use the included keycap puller and switch puller to carefully remove keycaps and switches. Ensure replacement switches are compatible (Kailh Box White Switches V2 are standard).

3. Battery Information
The keyboard uses a 2000mAh Li-on battery, providing approximately 200 hours of use on a 4-hour charge. To prolong battery life, turn off the keyboard when not in use. Avoid exposing the battery to extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
- Keyboard not connecting: Ensure the correct mode (Bluetooth, 2.4G, or Wired) is selected on the control panel. For Bluetooth, ensure your device's Bluetooth is on and the keyboard is in pairing mode. For 2.4G, check the dongle connection. For wired, ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected.
- Keys not responding: Check if the keyboard is powered on and connected. If individual keys are not working, consider replacing the hot-swappable switch for that key.
- Lag or input delay: Ensure the keyboard is fully charged. For wireless connections, try moving closer to your device or switching to a wired connection to rule out interference.
- Super Buttons not working: Verify that the 3.5mm cables are fully inserted into the keyboard's ports. Check the mapping in the Ultimate Software V2 if custom functions are assigned.
