2. Counting Function
This scale is equipped with a high-precision counting function for small parts.
- Place a known sample quantity (e.g., 10, 20, 50 pieces) of the items to be counted onto the weighing pan.
- Press the SAMP WEIGHT button (or similar, refer to button labels).
- Enter the sample quantity using the numeric keypad.
- Press the ENTER or M+ button to confirm the sample. The scale will calculate the unit weight.
- Remove the sample and then place the bulk quantity of items to be counted onto the pan. The "QUANTITY" display will show the total count.
3. Unit Switching
The scale supports multiple weighing units.
- Long press the CLR UNIT button (or similar, refer to button labels) to cycle through available units: grams (g), kilograms (kg), pounds (lb), and H2 (jin).
- Release the button when the desired unit is displayed.
4. Tare Function
The Tare function allows you to subtract the weight of a container or packaging.
- Place the empty container onto the weighing pan.
- Press the TARE button. The display will reset to "0.00", effectively zeroing out the container's weight.
- Add items to the container; only the net weight of the items will be displayed.
- To clear the tare, remove the container and press the TARE button again.
5. Overload Alarm Settings
The scale features upper and lower limit alarm settings for both quantity and weight, standardizing usage and preventing over/under-filling.
- Refer to the specific instructions in the included English Manual for detailed steps on setting upper and lower limits using the UPPER and LOWER buttons.
- An audible or visual alarm will activate if the measured weight or quantity falls outside the set limits.
6. Power Saving Mode
To conserve battery life, the scale will automatically enter power-saving mode after approximately 3 seconds of inactivity (when the scale is empty and no weighing is occurring).
7. Scale Pan Orientation
- Upright Position: The scale pan can be placed upright for counting and weighing large items that are not easily dropped.
- Reversed Position: The scale pan can be reversed to create a deeper container, suitable for counting items that are prone to falling, such as small particles.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the scale surface and weighing pan with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the scale in water.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the scale in a dry, dust-free environment.
- Calibration: While the scale is factory-calibrated, periodic calibration may be required for sustained accuracy. Refer to the full English Manual for calibration procedures if necessary.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your counting scale, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Scale does not power on:
- Ensure the main power switch (usually on the bottom) is in the ON position.
- Check if the power cord is securely connected to both the scale and a working 110V AC outlet.
- If using battery power, ensure the battery is charged.
- Inaccurate readings:
- Verify the scale is placed on a firm, level surface and is not subject to vibrations or drafts.
- Ensure the scale has warmed up for at least 15 minutes.
- Check for any obstructions under or around the weighing pan.
- Consider recalibration if persistent inaccuracy occurs (refer to full manual).
- Display shows "OVERLOAD" or "Err":
- The weight on the pan exceeds the maximum capacity of the scale. Remove items immediately to prevent damage.
