For iOS devices (iPhone/iPad), you must download the dedicated application to use the flash drive. Android and PC devices do not require an app.
- Connect the Lightning connector of the flash drive to your iPhone or iPad.
- A pop-up message will appear, prompting you to download the "U-Disk" app from the App Store. Tap "Download" or "Install".
- Alternatively, manually search for "U-Disk" in the App Store and install it.
- Once installed, open the "U-Disk" app to access the flash drive's functions.
4.2. Connecting to Devices
- For iPhone/iPad: Insert the Lightning connector into your device's Lightning port. Ensure the "U-Disk" app is installed and open.
- For Android Phones (OTG compatible): Insert the USB-C connector into your device's USB-C port. Your phone should automatically detect the drive. Access files through your phone's file manager.
- For PC/Mac: Insert the USB-A 3.0 connector into an available USB port on your computer. The drive will appear as a removable disk in "My Computer" (Windows) or on the desktop/Finder (Mac).
