5. Setup

5.1. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the device and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The LED indicator will show charging status and turn off when fully charged.

5.2. Initial Preparation

Ensure your face and neck are clean. Apply your preferred skincare products (serum, moisturizer) to the areas you intend to treat. This helps the device glide smoothly and enhances product absorption.

6. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for optimal use of your SDKWDH ES-1081 Facial Massager:

Cleanse and Apply: Cleanse your face and neck thoroughly. Apply your favorite skincare product evenly to the skin.
Power On: Long press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the device.
Select Mode: Press the power button briefly to cycle through the different light and massage modes (Cleaning, EMS, Hot). The device will indicate the selected mode and LED color.
Massage: Place the massage head against your skin and gently glide it from bottom to top, following the contours of your face and neck.
Duration: It is recommended to use the device once or twice a day for five to ten minutes each time.
Power Off: Long press the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the device after use.

Device not turning on: Ensure the device is fully charged. Long press the power button for 2 seconds.
No vibration/light: Ensure the device is in contact with your skin. The device features smart sensors that activate functions upon skin contact.
Charging issues: Check if the USB-C cable is properly connected and if the power adapter is working.
